Hasn’t solved any problems
Been going about two years my husband and I both. Neither one of us have had our problem solved just more medicine.

Seen her for years
Erica is a wonderful PA she explains everything she listens and she cares if she ever leaves I would follow her to where she goes.

Erica Smith is the perfect physician for me.
Erica sat with me and talked about my physical issues. She listens well... lets me finish my sentences and is so very patient.

Told me as continuing patient could book Telehealth visit. Gave me appt time. Sat next to tell. It was was Erica Smith(formerly Hammond) 30 min went by no one began visit. Called office said working on it. 1 hour went by. Still no contact. Called office again they said I was next patient for Erica. 2 hours 15 minutes later called again they said, No can do. They cancelled my appt. Just like that no Apology. Nothing. Totally Unprofessional.
