Ericca demonstrated a pleasant and comfortable approach to care. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she listened to all my complaints. More importantly, she made sure all my questions were answered before I left. I understand that everything can’t be fixed in one visit, but she did her best to address my concerns and give me good treatment and follow up. Also, she is pretty funny and made me laugh which is a plus!

I wanted to let you know how very wrong you were about my daughter. She came in with excruciating abdominal pain. First you treated her like a drug addict and when her toxicity screen came back clean then you treated her like she had an eating disorder. You intentionally with held pain medication. You did not treat her pain, for which she should’ve been admitted. You did not do what a prudent and well intending nurse or practitioner would’ve done.You failed my daughter. My daughter was given a terminal diagnosis of metastatic stage four cancer with unknown primary. She just got out of the hospital after a long, one month stay. She was admitted less than 48 hours after you saw her. We’ve only been given months for her to live and that’s with chemo.You caused my daughter further harm, pain, and mental anguish. You judged her, mistreated her, and denied her care.
