Super knowledgeable and kind
She was really nice and empathetic during my visit, I was in bad pain and she kept saying “I’m so sorry you’re feeling so much pain” she was knowledgeable and humble, I think she is a great doctor who gave me the best consult I even had

I recently received treatment assistance after cervical surgery. I had already had to endure a month of discomfort from an ill-fitting hard cervical collar that the hospital had put on me. After, I had told Ericka of my ill-fitting hard collar and was hoping that the next time, it would fit better. Darn, if Erika didn't put it on wrong too! We were able to quickly see what fit was most comfortable. More training needed please.
