Highly Recommend
Erika has helped me view things from a different perspective as it relates to my situation and has also challenged me to step out of my comfort zone. She's empathetic, a great listener, and down to earth. I love how she checks in from our last session and is flexible in a way that allows me to bring to the session whatever is on my mind that day.

Erika is a sweet and nice therapist. You can tell she means well. Her practice seemed very surface and textbook with me. She wasn't able to provide help and healing directly related to my issues. She's probably good for someone else dealing with lighter mental needs.
