care philosophy

I believe movement is medicine and with manual techniques we can facilitate our bodies natural healing mechanisms. I believe in an open line of communication and education is key to successful rehabilitation. 

biography

I have been practicing PT for 5 years with a background in Athletic training as my undergraduate degree. I also worked as an Athletic Trainer while going through Physical Therapy school. I have worked with orthopedic conditions including joint replacements, ligament sprains, bone injuries, and chronic pain.
