Dr. Buchanan has taken great care of me and my wife both. the professional care & help she gives you makes for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend her.

I saw Erin several times over the course of a few months. She's a very nice person and truly does know her business, but she didn't really seem to listen to my questions and concerns. I waited for 45 minutes or longer each appt, and I was already driving an hour each way to see her. I was concerned that my aids were defective due to consistent episodes of sound distortion. She told me she'd contact the manufacturer, etc. then just told me we could try a different brand. I agreed, trusting her judgment. She told me cost would be the same for the new brand. When I went to pick up the new ones, she told me it was their "base model" so I lost streaming capabilities, phone app capability and several other features. This was never discussed prior to that. I returned the hearing aids within the trial period and still can't use my benefits with another provider MONTHS later because the billing office has not voided the claim, although they've refunded all money. Frustrated.

Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. Never got called back to an exam room. Finally got fed up & walked out . She did call & apologize for the wait & said she got tied up with something & didn’t realize I was waiting. Nice thing to do but too little too late as far as I’m concerned especially since she called me in the morning & asked me to change my appointment time, which I did to accommodate her. Would not recommend her.

Dr. Buchanan seems to really care and will do what it takes to make sure you are taken care of. Very responsive to emails and messages. You never feel she is rushing you through. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Yet the wait is never long to get in, appointments times are adhered to timely.
