Erin Campbell, LCSW

My two sessions with Erin were awful. The first one started with a list of rules and regulations from don't call me if you need me, if you see me, don't speak to me, etc. I had a visit yesterday, and it was worse. She never acknowledged me and never looked at me. I had to ask her awkward questions about her weekend to engage her. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional on her part. She never stopped typing on her laptop. Finally, with about 15 minutes left in the session, I'd had enough and told her that I had some errands to run, and she immediately rescheduled my next appointment that I will not be attending. I wasted two EAP visits with her. In my opinion, very unqualified. Don't waste your time and resources.

Erin Campbell is currently counseling my grandson who lost a parent to a drug overdose. She has helped him through grief that I cannot imagine. She listens to him, hearing what he isn’t saying as much as what he is and directs him with his emotions. Before counseling with Mrs. Campbell, he was paralyzed with grief. Now with ongoing therapy he is able to be happy and have a life that is manageable and full.

Erin Campbell was not helpful at all at resolving the issues between myself and my family. Gave zero input and could not articulate anything in regards to the issues within my family. She was a complete waste of time and energy talking with her about the issues within my family and seemed incompetent. If I could I wouldn’t give her one star. That’s how bad the experience was.
