Erin Grigg, FNP

I visited this provider for PMDD management, and she said there wasn’t much she could for treatment since it’s all “mental”. She dismissed the severity of my emotional, mental, and physical symptoms and only suggested I change my birth control method.

It had been a while since my last visit & I was feeling kind of anxious. Erin was so kind & personable, just really helped me to relax & not be so nervous! What a blessing she was! Thanks!

While I am grateful that they were able to see me last minute, the visit was probably one of the least enjoyable experiences of my life. Any medical provider has the potential to be the only person with you when you’re receiving life altering news and when their approach is cold and transactional and their bedside manner is leaving everything to be desired it makes it even that much worse. I left with a prescription and literally NOTHING else. Not an appointment for a follow up, not a pamphlet, not a “do you have any questions?” Also, the phone call I received with my test results was an automated phone call telling me to go to their patient portal. Again, the same treatment I got basically during my exam.

First time seeing Erin and I will definitely request her again!

Erin is amazing very personable listens, caring good woman. Took the time to listen to all my concerns just great.

Dr. Grigg is professional yet warm. She addresses my medical concern unbiasedly with facts and statistics to help put things into perspective.

Erin is a very warm & friendly, personable and attentive provider. Warm & friendly are sometimes hard to pull off in these days behind a mask. But she made an annual visit (that I never look forward to and often push out further if I'm honest) a very pleasant one, with the least amount of awkward yet. I would definitely book with her in the future and I highly recommend her and all the providers at Genesis Obgyn, she is a fabulous addition!

I got there on time even before my appointment time. I did have to wait a little longer then my appointment time. But the MA and provider Erin were very nice and friendly. They didn't seem in a rush which was very nice.

I wasn't impressed. After being early to my appointment, I sat in the waiting room for an extra 25 minutes beyond my appointment time and then another 10 minutes in the procedure room. I wanted to 'discuss' my issues and instead I felt treated like a number. I asked for a lab and got the bare minimum. So not very excited to go back.

Great experience overall! Caring and understanding.
