My wife and I were 20 minutes late for an appointment. We were traveling from the west suburbs to the Chicago office location. When we got to the front desk the reception advised Dr Erin Hoeman left after waiting 15 minutes. No one called from the office to simply check to see if we were still coming which most other offices do. The fact the doctor left after 15 mins and no one cared to simply call to see if we were running late just shows no one cares and the office lacks professionalism and courtesy. I will not be rescheduling with this provider and I would recommend everyone else look elsewhere for care.
