Dr. Kersey was thorough and listened to my concerns and addressed them in a professional manner. Easy to speak to and very knowledgeable.

She listened very carefully to everything I had to say.

Went for a follow up appointment for several serious conditions but was turned away due to using an insurance gap policy. I was happy to pay out of pocket full fee but they do not take self-pay patients. They clearly prioritize the money and not the patient’s care. Office staff were Condescending and more interested in blaming patients then helping to problem solve or even sympathize. They suggested I go to the ER even though my condition is not an emergency yet. I will definitely not return here.

I've been going to Erin for 2 years now and find her great in her knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. Her staff, also, is wonderful. Recommend the office highly.

Erin does a great job! I appreciate her knowledge, caring and professionalism. She cares about her patients and takes the time to know them personally which provides a better level of care. It’s an important piece of the wellness puzzle that most practitioners don’t grasp or perform as well as Erin!

Great provider. She listens and follows up as needed. She and her staff treat me with respect, great care, friendliness and professionalism. If she is unsure about a treatment or diagnosis, she uses her resources to get more information.

I find this practice dangerously incompetent. They do not poses enough knowledge to understand the relation between stroke victims and statins. They do not understand the side effects of statins. This practice probably should be shut down
