The worst psychologist I've ever seen. Extremely unprofessional and untimely.

We had a poor experience with Dr. Mark. She was unable to establish a rapport with my daughter (a teenager) or our family. That is ok—not everyone is the perfect fit. We were just doing some one-time testing, so I thought we could just tough it out. But Dr. Mark seemed focused on pushing her services as a therapist and trying to get us to schedule additional sessions with her instead of just doing the testing we needed and had scheduled. She was late for every meeting, seemed unprepared, didn't seem to have read any of the pages and pages of paperwork we filled out, and didn't seem to remember anything we told her. Honestly, we felt like she was just winging every meeting. We never did get the notes or final copy of the test that she promised us. I followed up with the receptionist and got no response.

I saw Dr. Mark when I was in a low place. She was an excellent fit for me; however, at this point, it has turned into a highly frustrating situation. As a college student, I must provide my file to receive the necessary learning accommodations. I have called the office, more than a handful of times at this point, to request a copy of my file only to receive nothing. The office receptionist is the only person I have reached and has been of very little assistance. I've been trying to get a copy of my file for four months. The lack of cooperation had hindered my education. It is pretty sad because I valued and learned from what she taught me.

Dr. Mark did not do the testing herself. She left and an assistant, no longer with this office, did most of the testing. I have been waiting 9 months for my final results. Yes, that is 9 MONTHS! This has delayed rehabilitation for me. I have been strung along by her and her office staff. Horrible practice!!

My daughter needed help so badly, and no one that we saw seemed to be able to provide that help. I was going crazy, I was almost ready to give up and then we saw Dr. Mark. She saved my daughter. She saved me. Thank God for Erin. See her, you'll find out what I mean. She has my highest recommendation!
