My experience with Dr. Taylor was wonderful. I was her patient since she joined InterMed until my insurance coverage changed in 2024.She was very easy to talk to and listened to me very well. She always tried to provide me with the best treatment. She paid extra attention to all the details including my insurance coverages. In fact, she found out that my insurance dropped hearing aides’ coverage, so she recommended me to see one of her trusted practices near my house and referred me there. She even called me directly to check how I was doing before my first appointment with the new doctor. She told me that all my medical documents have been sent to the practice and I will be in good hands. She is a very caring person and does her best to treat her patients. If my insurance coverages stay the same, I would still be a happy patient of hers. I totally recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone who is looking for an audiologist.
