I use to see her in Az at Village Medical

My mom was visiting for a few months and I wanted a PCP for her while she stayed with me. I saw some good reviews of Dr Wolf and I thought she could be good for my mom.She is a nice person, but I was neither happy nor satisfies with her service. Every time we visited, she would give us random referrals. When we go to these referral check-ups, the Dr will ask, why are you here? Everything from my end seems normal. This happened like 3 times and we just stopped following the referrals, especially considering we were paying out of pocket for all these. Also prescribed so many medications for my mom that after a few weeks of not seeing any improvements, she just got tired of all the drugs and stopped taking them all.

This person damaged and lost some of my samples, so I had to get them done again. On multiple occasions she "forgot" to send my medicine to my pharmacy. More importantly, she gave me a cancer scare once but she was on vacation for the next couple days after that scare, so I couldn't get the clarification I needed. When I saw her again, all she said was "oops, my mistake" in the most condescending, unprofessional, ridiculous tone ever. She said she "forgot" to uncheck a box in the referral form she sent.... I had to stop going to Village Medical where she practices because that was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. To top it off, she was constantly late and made appointments very awkward.
