Dr. Errol Bloom, OD

I have been a patient for years now because Dr. Bloom SAVED my eyes. I experienced EXTREME, PAINFUL dry eyes (to the point that I looked like a demon & felt like they were literally popping out of my skull). I needed a doctor I could see immediately & called searching for one, & I found Dr. Bloom. He told me to head straight over & took me immediately, working me in as I had been suffering for a few days at that point. He checked me out, gave me drops (that worked!) and it fixed me instantly! OTC drops did nothing. His examination was thorough & professional, he was kind, patient and understanding & knowledgeable, & I can say the exact same for his staff. Since that day, my entire family has become patients of his. What we found out is I was having thyroid issues affecting my eyes. Thankful for everything he has done to help me.

Horrible customers service! B was rude and hostile. Spent hundreds of dollars and they would not fix my glasses. She yelled across the lobby at me with my child in tow. Do not spend your money here. They don’t honor any purchase and when I discussed the insistent with Dr Bloom, he couldn’t have cared less.

I love Dr. Bloom. I've seen him years ago , then I changed employers. I wasn't aware he was still in network with my current employment until a co worker of mines told me. I recently returned for a yearly visit this year and i'm so glad that I did.I'll continue to keep seeing him.

i brought my 6 year old son to dr Bloom. he was patient and kind and wonderful! we will definetly be back.
