My visit was easily scheduled and was on time. Ms Young was understanding, kind, listened, and addressed all my issues. It was my second visit to the office and I’m very happy to have chosen Dr Kolonko and the entire staff. They’re great!

I was able to fill out most of my paperwork online before arriving. I was accepted back 5 minutes before my appointment and my nurse, Myrna was friendly and efficient. I soon saw Dr. Esemeralda. She was also kind, reviewed my paper work, performed my physical and papsmear and sent me on my way. I felt welcomed and comfortable from start to finish.

I waited for Ms. Young for an hour and half past the time of my appointment in an exam room. She never showed up, not did she send anyone with an update. I just left without having been seen. Concern for patient satisfaction is just not credible.
