Poor and incompetent providers
I need documentation that outline physical deficiencies that limits my ability from high impact activities for me job. I just completed PT and follow up with them. Went I mentioned it to them that act lost. They do not document things correctly and I have caught them in multiple lies. I highly believe this office unknowingly add services for more money because they are not providing services for the wellbeing of the patients. This office is horrible and the providers are rude.

If I could give Dr.E 100 stars, I most definitely would. She is super amazing and so understanding. There is no job too high nor too low for her. She goes out of her way to make sure that all of your needs are heard and fulfilled. I absolutely love being her patients. She is thee best, I can be any more grateful to make her my primary.
