Hostile and Rude
Saw Ethan when my previous provider left the practice. He was RUDE screamed at me & accused me of eating fried food all the time. HE failed to realize that my medical issue can cause elevated cholesterol issues when not appropriately monitored dosed. He called in a RX for medicine that is in my chart as ALLERGIC to! He refused to work with me to get the correct medicine & fortunately the pharmacy advocated for me on that Cluster of a mess. Would think he would notice that you have an allergy to something & NOT PRESCRIBE IT. That took 2 weeks to fix & no returned phone calls by him or his admin helper. I had to escalate it to get a resolution along with the pharmacy advocating for me. As they weren't calling the pharmacy back either. He comes across as a know it all & you the measly patient knows nothing when in reality it is the opposite. I know more about my medical condition & allergies than he does & he can't even read my chart. When he was screaming at me could not get a word in!
