After waiting 20 mins, and hen having about a 30 min chat with this lady she said I needed to remove all weapons from my home or she would refuse treatment. Also she claimed this was my insurance companies policy. Also she continually made me repeat myself which made me feel very uncomfortable. A sufferer of PTSD I felt as if she had me cornered and was badgering me with multiple questions that were far to personal to be ask by her. Too much more to write and not enough characters to do so.
