Eydie was very friendly and professional. I had two spots I wanted checked on my face and shoulder. I explained the shoulder spot was a cyst I tried to pop (bad I know!) and I simply wanted it drained. She decided to use liquid nitrogen thinking it was a wart even though I knew it wasn't. I mentioned I was going on vacation soon, but she assured me it would heal quickly. The spot on my face healed in a week, but my shoulder is still healing a month later. Really hoping it doesn't scar :(
