The visit was very comfortable and Faith was very understanding, I got help for my depression, but the issue with my anxiety was not addressed, and I am having a lot of panic attacks the last few days. I hope that on my next visit this will be addressed.

My provider submitted a request for counseling that the office never followed up on. I even reached out to a therapist directly via psychology today and never heard back. I am quite disappointed. Faithcaren was amazing, though.

I loved how she really listened to what my struggles are, and she really put thought into her suggestions for medications. I also loved that she included me in the process and asked me if I was okay with the changes she was making.

PA Faithcaren is an amazing person. She listens, she empathizes with me, she polite, very soft spoken and I love that I have a PA who is truly genuine when it comes to caring about my well being. We need more PA's like her.

I am very confused why payment is never collected. I try to pay at every visit and am told that nothing is owed. My insurance is not accepted here and denied a claim a few months ago. I have asked multiple times about payment. No bills show in portal

I love my visits with Faith and she deserves 5 stars! The issue is with scheduling and how unorganized it can be. Second, I've had to switch therapists twice in the short time since becoming a patient. I will continue to see Faith but not therapy.

Immediately upon entering and speaking with girls at the front desk, I felt a peaceful and calming come over me. Faith was very kind and empathetic with how I was feeling and knowledgeable and quick to develop a plan to address my needs.

After going to the same place, and getting a diagnosis, she proceeded to change my diagnosis for next to no reason, then put me on medicine that wrecked me for a full week and after a quick Google search, was a very dangerous medicine for someone with my original diagnosis.
If you are looking for a trustworthy person with your problems, please try anybody else.
