Very easy to get an initial appointment. Easygoing and pleasant to talk with. But that's where it ends. Claimed that a "conflict" had suddenly come up and could not take the client after all -- less than 24 hours before the first actual session and six days after the introductory appointment. Did not offer any referrals. Would not offer any referrals. Refused to elaborate on what the "conflict" could possibly be.
