We saw Frances a few years ago and this week for a "tune-up." When I was looking for her address I saw this review. Our experience has been just the opposite of the review I read. She always remembered our issues from session to session (she takes notes)- and even after a couple of years. She is exceptionally compassionate, astute, and warm and good at what she does. She has always gone out of her way to mail us articles, suggest books to us, and has always made us both feel comfortable and cared about.

Did not remember basic details about us after fourth (and last ) visit. Smart, apparently caring but poor comnunication skill and prep before session. I do not think she ever gave much thought to our case or dynamic.
