Rudest staff
Frank himself is nice enough but won’t send out prescriptions until the day it’s due. No wiggle room which gives me anxiety that I told him repeatedly and he wouldn’t do it. His nursing staff is TERRIBLE! I literally begged and cried for the nurse to help me with my medications and she hung up on me.

Unwilling to help patient
I have developed a sensitivity to the memory foam mask. It has latex in it. My face swelled, and Frank put it down as " a little" itch. I need oxygen, and Frank did not file a Medicare appeal.for me, saying that Medicare wouldn't pay for it.

Horrendous. Doesn’t listen to the concerns of the patient. Questionable qualifications. Unwilling to accept novel medical practices. Stay far away. Your trash can might provide better care for you.
