Dr. Frank Cohen, DC

I went into the office and I was greeted by an overly disgustingly rude receptionist. She asked if I was who I was and I said yes and that I was a new patient. I submitted to her documentation that Dr Cohen would need. She asked for ID and insurance information. She then asked for my attorney’s and I stated three times that I would furnish that information after talking to him. She needs to listen. I was talking more than loud enough and she gave me an attitude. I then asked if she had papers for me to fill out and if I could sit? She said “ I’ll give them to you in a minute! ” I then went to sit and she stated to other customers “that I was rude and she cannot get over the rudeness of people today.” How dare you! Who do you think you are to discuss me with other customers especially when I can hear everything you say. I then asked her for my documents back & called her some explicatives (which I am not proud of). I will never return to this office. I heard Dr Cohen is great though.

I cannot stress enough what a terrific spinal specialist Dr. Cohen is. Although I have only recently started to see Dr. Cohen, the relief I have felt for my back pain/pinched nerves is nothing short of amazing. He is a highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable professional, and an excellent care provider.

This chiropractor herniated my cervical discs and I live in chronic pain . Do not go to this doctor !

Unique practitioner. Very competent, very comprehensive in his evaluation. Relies on results. He has a very keen ability to not only diagnose but to chart a course of action through rehabilitative medicine using chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, lifestyle recommended changes.

I got a better exam and explanation of the cause of my problem than I had received from my MD and orthopedist. The care was gentle and effective, I began to feel better after the first adjustment and continue to feel better with each visit.
