We have seen Dr. Friedman for couples counseling for a few months now. He uses the Gottmann Theory to work with you and your spouse. I have been for individual therapy and I don't know why this theory wasn't used by any of my previous therapist. I wouldn't have had to see a few in my life, had it been. He has taught us better ways to understand each other, communication, and how to end an argument.
