Dr Winski took the time to very thoroughly examine my eyes and explained the reasons for what I was experiencing. He was very thorough and professional and was good at answering my questions.

Only cares about money
Dr. Frank L. Winski was incredibly disrespectful to my mom, who doesn’t speak English fluently. He complained about spending “25 minutes” with us, even though we hadn’t even been in the room for 15-20 minutes. He refused to answer her questions, cut her off, and abruptly walked out. Instead of ensuring she understood her condition, he seemed more concerned with watching the clock. He also spoke to me condescendingly, as if I were ignorant—despite the fact that I’m about to enter medical school. I hope that when I begin practicing medicine, I never lose sight of what truly matters: patient care and compassion, not just time or numbers.

Frank L. Winski, O.D Took my son for a referral check up due to binocular vision and within minutes he said nothing is wrong with him take him to be tested for ADHD. Unqualified to make sweeping generalizations. Poor service, poor bedside manner, not great or patient with kids. I will be filing a formal complaint

Horrible manners and dealings with patient/family. After spending over 90 minutes with testing and waiting Dr. Winski came in to say "see you in 6 months". He sat on the chair turning his back against the patient and family charting his computer documentation. No explanation as to what were the findings, options, etc. When I shared my frustration of having no communication with him, he got upset and started saying Medicare does not pay him enough for spending time and explaining details. Sad!!!
