Frieda Tucker, CNM

I had a procedure done with her prior to having my first child. She explained nothing and barely talked to me. While I screamed she had her nurse help hold me down. She pushed my husband away. At the end of the procedure- which was ultimately unsuccessful- she patted my leg and said 'stop crying you're going to be a mom'. I have had counseling for this and have an intense fear that she will be the provider on call when I have my second. Avoid her if you can!! She has no bed side manner at all!

Frieda delivered our second baby and was incredible. I didn’t even have to get my birth plan out. She just started intuitively doing everything the way I would have wanted. I came in pushing already and scared and she put us at ease immediately. She also respected everything I wanted and didn’t want after the birth. I wish I could have delivered my first with her!

Frieda was so nice and professional. She was my provider for my first PAP exam. She made me feel very comfortable and was fun to talk to.

Frieda Tucker is wonderfully and I'm so thankful she was able to provide my prenatal care and delivered all three of my children. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and has a very appreciated calming presence. My 2nd daughter came quickly and Frieda walked in, assessed the situation, provided calm clear instructions and enabled us to have a great experience. I would highly recommend her and this practice.

Frieda helped deliver my baby! I had never met her before but she was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She was very gentle and considerate when doing my cervix check since she knew I was anxious from a previous bad experience. She was patient with me when at first I refused the check from her.

She is the best midwife at Greenville obgyn! She is the only one that has cared and treated me with respect!

She was not helpful at all. She did not take my prenatal concerns seriously and basically told me my other doctors are all wrong about what they told me to monitor during my pregnancy. She also was rude to my husband when he asked a question and refused to answer it all together. I would give her zero stars if I could.

She delivered 2 of my kids. Very nice, helpful, & patient even on just an hour of sleep over 2 days. Tries not to rush & seems concerned/caring. Had husband cut baby's cord. Knows i hate exams & is very patient/calm/helpful. Did not get mad with me fidgeting a lot & needing more time. Respected our wishes & has been very nice & accommodating when possible, both at hospital & clinic. Love Gvl OB but wld follow her to a different office if she left. Didn't do a lot of interventions until needed.

Frieda is amazing! She's delivered both of my children who are 12 years apart in age. She got me through both births where the epidural did not take. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

She listens to all concerns and keeps you informed of your progress.
