Gabriela Lee, NP

She is by far the most caring, competent FNP I have ever known!

I went to her for help with a lot of issues, but specifically PCOS. The only thing she would really talk about was weight loss. She told me to stop eating carrots and sweet potatoes because they had too many carbs. She also lied straight to my face about believing what I told her about my diet. I found out she lied because she wrote in the doctor notes the exact opposite of what she told me. I also told her I had an eating disorder, and she never took it seriously and kept encouraging dieting. She wouldn’t really test me for much, and I could tell she didn’t know anything about my illness. I had to keep asking over and over for blood work and tests to help get to the bottom of my issue. It was an exhausting experience, and I have since stopped going to her. If you’re looking for a compassionate and understanding doctor, she is not the one. If you’re looking for answers, or looking for a HAES doctor, she is not the one. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend my dog even go to her.

I've seen Dr. Lee on and off for 5 years now. She's a consummate professional, very easy to communicate with, and seems to genuinely care about ones health and fitness. She's also quite personable and down to earth, which on a personal level, makes all the difference in the world.

Gabby is always patient and listens to what every issue brings me to the office.

Very likely. She took time to listen. She made some good recommendations without sticking with rote treatment options. She allowed me to understand what each decision meant. She was willing to refer me to her supervising physician when I wanted to be referred. I will most definitely see her again.
