I have moved my whole family to Dr Pelosi’s office. She took her time to explain EVERYTHING to me, my teen son, and 10yr old daughter. I did not feel intimidated to ask questions and neither did my kids. Thank you for your integrity and your exceptional service. God bless you.

If your having an eye problem
Don’t even bother trying to get an appointment they simply tell you their schedule is full and could care less if your having an issue or not. Finding a different Dr ASAP

Dr apt. was ok picking out glasses was another story. Nothing is priced so the Guy takes the glasses in the back comes back 10 to 15 minutes later with a price. I actually looked at three pairs and it took well over a half hour and I was the only one there! It felt very scammy and way over priced. I didn't get a pair of designer glasses with all the extras and my cost out of pocket was close to $400.00 and my insurance paid about the same...So, no I won't be back.

Dr. Pelosi missed cataracts that had been developing for years, though she checked my vision yearly. My vision was getting progressively worse; she kept making my lens Rx stronger until she told me she had improved my sight as much as she could. I saw an ophthalmologist soon after, and the pre-appointment nurse—USING ONLY A FLASHLIGHT—told me I had cataracts, one of which was so severe I was essentially blind in that eye. I had surgery a few weeks later. My advice: Find another doctor ASAP.

The best optometrist office bar none! Dr. Pelosi and Dean are always friendly and very informative and we never feel rushed. You can't find a better frame selection as far as amount or prices anywhere else! They accept my family's vision plan and you can even schedule appointments online which is very convenient! We have been coming here for years and we're never going anywhere else!

Dr. Pelosi and Dean have been wonderful! I've never had an eye doctor ask such great questions about my overall health and then help me understand how my full body health and issues and relate to my eyes. And Dean was wonderful when i had to order contacts and my husband ordered glasses. They are a small office but that's the appeal. This isn't "big medicine", this is quality eye care.

Sorry to say, what I thought was going to be a welcome change from stereotypical eye doctor routine has not proven true. All was good with exam and purchase of new lens and frames. THey don't answer phone, rely on voicemail and don't call back. This happened twice to me. On one unscheduled visit to have frames tightened I was all but told they were too busy. Not going back

Went to Dr. Pelosi today for my first visit. I will definitely go back as Dr. Pelosi & Dean treat you very very nice. Pleasant atmosphere & professionalism at the same time. Glasses done right on sight, no long waiting for lens, & the best prices around for designer lens & extras...
Eyeland will no longer be seeing me anymore....this is the place to go!!!
