I've seen Dr. Gail Starks over the past few years. I think Dr. Starks is one of the best psychologists I've met. I like that she provides feedback instead of just being a sympathetic listener. I like that we discuss mental tools I can use to improve my situation. Plus, I like to use Dr. Starks as a reality check/reference point, which helps me to determine if my perspective is valid or absurd. FYI, my problems don't require medication. My wife and I have also recommended her to friends.
