This guy is really smart and knows what hes doing I hurt my calf working out at the gym and didnt think I could get back to what I was doing but they all together taught me how to get back to the gym fast and safe

Garrett not only took the time to understand the mechanism of injury causing my pain but properly treated it! I feel like a million bucks right now and ready to get back in the gym. Nicole was awesome at explaining all the exercises in depth and providing some extra soft tissue work when I came in with foot pain. Thank you to everyone else who is helping me get better faster!
