Dr. Few is a great doctor but his office staff and scheduling practices need vast improvement. They text appointment confirmations requesting a patient to indicate "YES" to confirm. One types "NO" indicating can't make the appointment but then they want to say this won't work; i.e. patient has to call their office to cancel it. Tried to call office - no ability to leave message during lunch or outside their office hours (that end at 4 p.m.). It's a trap so they can charge you a no-show fee!
