The problem was not so much with the optometrist but rather with his front staff who was offended when I asked her to go over what part of the glasses the insurance company will cover and what the different tiers were. Then I was told it should take 5-10 business days for the glasses to be ready. So when I called two weeks later to find out what was going on, I was given an attitude on the phone when I questioned the reason for the glasses not being ready. Awful service. Will not go back.

Dr. Gegerson has been my optometrist for over twenty years. Dr. Gegerson and his staff are caring, professional and respectful of their patients’ time and needs. Dr. Gegerson is a gifted clinician who takes the time to explain all aspects of an individual’s eye care and does not hesitate to refer patients to other specialists when medically indicated. I highly recommend him.

Poor service and BAD evaluation. Dr. G. gave me an incorrect prescription and I had new glasses made that I could not use. Patient beware!
