Visited for a simple Camp Physical.While I was trying to encourage my young adult to ask questions, Gayl was resistant to discuss any of topics and curtly ended the conversation by saying 'this is an urgent care, I won't investigate any of that and can't give referrals'. Gayl seemed to become more agitated as we interacted and after leaving the room multiple times came back in to state she would not complete the camp physical. Her first reason was because urgent care can't do the form. When I pointed out we've had this same form signed at this same provider previously, she then said it was because we had asked too many questions and she couldn't tell if the patient was actually in good health. She confirmed she was unwilling to assess his actual health, and then wrote LOTS of notes on the camp physical about our unanswered questions. She also apparently refused to check the box indicating if the child is cleared to attend camp or has restrictions. She left the room abruptly...
