Geneva Augustin, NP

Geneva is very through and I have the utmost faith in her. 11 years ago I went to see her about hives as a second opinion I had been seeing another dermatology for body scans due to years of sun damage. The first time I went she saw a spot and did a biopsy , it was melanoma.

I have a wonderful experience. The staffs are great. Geneva is well knowledgeable and experienced. My procedure went well, no complication.

I absolutely LOVE the fact that the doctor used an app that told them COST OF Rx. Had she just asked me what pharmacy to send Rx to, I'd have pulled out my own app (Good Rx) and selected between 3 or 4 local pharmacies. She got it up and we reviewed the list together in the wink of an eye! Absolutely FABULOUS! And regarding appt availability, my wife and I both got scabies (we share everything). Her appt is far out there, BUT because I am scratching myself to death every night, your office elevated the priority, and I got in the very next morning. ALSO, because the doctor knew that you always treat the entire family at the same time for Scabies, she wrote for Rx for both of us, without having to see both of us. Regarding competence, I was bad 3 weeks ago and went to urgent care. Local urgent care and my PC failed me w creams. I needed oral Rx! She is pretty AND Competent!

Geneva was friendly, knowledgeable answering my questions and explaining the procedure. She was professional explaining what products to use from pharmacy to protect my skin in the future. She wrote a prescription and explained.

Geneva explained all my skin conditions as she found them. She explained everything in terms that I could understand. I felt very comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Augustin is very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and put me at ease when she told me about the small mole on my back is not cancerous. It's likely inherited. It's called seborrheic keratosis. I recommended Dr. Geneva to my twin sister.
