Came in on an emergency visit and had appointment with this practitioner. Asked specifically for a type of treatment out of the norm. Both the practitioner and Dr. Crooks (on phone) were unfamiliar with my request (I guess they don't teach how to use google in medical school) so they cracked jokes at my expense within earshot of me. Have never experienced anything more unprofessional in medicine all my life. If you are in pain, seek help elsewhere!
