I've been going here for many years and I always feel reassured during and after my visits. My concerns are addressed immediately and very straightforward. I have had multiple health changes and each hurdle has been met Genevieve. She also shows true sign of care for my wellbeing and the staff is always friendly and informative. As such, it may be difficult to get scheduled since so many of he patients are pleased with the service. But they always do their best to get you in sooner, the longer it's been before visits, including adding you in when they have cancellations.

I’ve been going to Family Medical and seeing Genny for quite a few years. I have always been very happy with Genny’s attentiveness to my needs, concerns. And the staff has always been very friendly. I highly recommend them and especially Genny C.

She is knowledgeable and listens to he patients!

Provider requires patients to sign medication contracts which is standard for controlled meds. however they went from renewing medication to once a year visit, then to 6months visit, to every 3 month visit. Does not inform patients when they change their protocol but expect you to “just know” of this change. I can’t get a timely appointment. Staff doesn’t follow through on what they say they will do. Find a medical doctor and not this nurse practitioner.

Genny is an awesome health care provider. She is knowlegeable, thorough, and does not rush you in and out. She always dresses very professional and has a sweet disposition. I have been had her for my health care provider for several years and I love her.

I saw Genie Cardona for my first visit about two weeks ago. I was very impressed with her knowledge, the time she spent with me, her manner and her staff. She's knowledgeable and thorough. I've already recommended her to others as I was recommended to her. She's great.

Ginny is great! Listened, got to the problem and resolved it. Would highly recommend her and Family Medicine!
