Awful.
I saw Dr Heddle after my optometrist retired and I cannot urge you enough to stay away. I have worn glasses since I was 10 years old, I have astigmatism and bifocals (not even single prescription lenses) and left being told I do not need glasses… This doctor took one look at my medication list and saw anxiety medicine and proceeded to tell me the reason I could not see is because my anxiety isn’t allowing my brain to communicate to my eyes they need to focus on what I’m looking at. Mind you, my anxiety is MANAGED with medication. I went in for issues with long distance vision being blurry, double vision, eye pain, and headaches. He asked me if I could see some letters and I said yes but they were blurry and double- he then told me that was all that’s required for a drivers license so I don’t need glasses. I cannot urge you enough to find another provider.

Stay away
Very unprofessional. Treats staff poorly. Does not care about his patients. His vision therapy is a way to scam money from patients. Stay away! Find a real doctor who cares about your health and not your money.
