Listens carefully to patient's description of the issues and melds that with the patient record from the referring physician. Well-planned sequence of progressive exercises, but checked in on my perception of progress at each session. Also smooth, gradual transition to more work at home to keep progress steady. I had had PT several years earlier for a similar problem which had never completely dissipated. I attribute that to poor care plan on the part of that first therapist. Dr. Phaneuf was outstanding in the care he provided.
