one of the staff members called me and mentioned that there were a space available apparently somebody has cancelled their appointment. I asked the staff member for a phone number and she responded ironically that she could not provide that. After that I asked for the business address and she responded that the information was on the internet , when English is not your 1st language it is always helpful to get an email with the exact information because by hand writing mistakes can appear and those can cause delays on your arrival to that appointment. Personnel need to be trained on how to treat a new customer 'You never know if I am the person who could refer more people to your business" anyways I hope you can provide better training to your staff.
