My family and I have been working with Mr. George for over 2 years. After suffering a terrible trauma, Mr. George was able to visit with myself, my spouse, and my son to help us all adjust and move forward. He saw us almost immediately after we contacted him, and worked with my company's EAP plan to have visits covered. The following year my son was diagnosed with ADHD, and again Mr. George stepped up to work with him weekly, and since then my boy has shown remarkable improvements with discussing his feelings and applying healthy strategies for managing his emotions. My boy truly trusts and respects him, as Mr. George has gone out of his way to build a relationship with us by showing that he cares about my son and has invested time and attention in and outside of the office to visit us and accommodate our needs. He's a godsend and we're so grateful to be working with him.

I have been visiting George for over 5 years. He's always shown compassion when dealing with me. I really enjoy our sessions each week. He has help me to stay grounded in my everyday life

George has been a pivotal part of my mental health and growing into myself. I met with several therapists, and George stood out. With compassion, understanding, and the ability to help me help myself.

I only saw him for 4 months. During that time he was always late and canceled last minute twice. One time it was after the session started. The last session I had he literally left my session to have a session with the client that was next. Just left. Didn’t answer my text over 2hrs later. Then asked me to wait another half hour. I didn't finish my 3pm appointment until well after 6pm. I was really struggling and he knew it. It was then I knew he didn't care. He puts on a great act of caring, but I found out the hard way that he doesn’t and that my appointments weren't worth his time. MAJ

I have seen George for a few different things over the past 14 years - grief counseling, phobia of medical procedures, and adjusting to life as a new mom. I cannot express enough how much George has changed my life for the better. He is receptive to what you feel that you need. He would ask me if I wanted to talk about the past, or just work on present issues. He was focused on giving me tools to manage my anxiety, and to help me reframe negative thought patterns. I am so grateful for the mental balance I have today, and I know I have George to thank!

George showed up 12 minutes late to our first appointment, gave me paperwork to fill out that was very close to the paperwork I spent 30 min filling out online previously. I ended up being called into his office over halfway through out scheduled time with his comment being "Mondays Huh?" George clearly had not glanced at my online paperwork before out appointment and asked for multiple definitions on topics I wanted to discuss while also asserting that his opinion on topics shouldnt prevent us from discussing... except lack of opinion because you have no clue what im talking about is a HUGE reason why he cant help me with certain topics. Will not be going back because I deserve better from a therapist.

Told me I should look to jesus to sort out my issues. I am not a christian so I dont know what he was refering to. Did not help my problems. Made fun of my crying, Wont go back

Have you ever heard the question, 'Who would you most like to have dinner with, past or present?'? My answer is George. It was pure luck (and maybe a bit of fate) that I found him, and I couldn't be more grateful. I love his casual, professional style. He empathizes and cares about his patients. You can literally feel it. I like how he tells stories that connect to what I'm experiencing. There hasn't been a single story I haven't learned from or eagerly waited to hear. Once, he even found a song to connect to our session! His brain just works that way, and it's really a cool trait in a therapist. You will sense that he's a good guy the minute you meet him, and you won't be wrong. If that's not enough, George's resume will surely impress you. I don't know about you, but I like a therapist with a lot of training in different environments. All in all, I have never looked forward to therapy, and now I do. Doesn't that say it all?

Talk about an amazing Therapist... After trying out a few Therapist I found the one.. He is a great listener and along with his faith based counseling I and my wife have seen a great change for the better... I highly recommend George Ibanez for anyone looking for the right help..

Have been seeing Mr. Ibanez with my daughter for approximately 9 years with my daughter. We started off with my daughter’s anxiety and reluctance to see her father following a divorce, which he counseled her for quite a while. From there he became a trusted unbiased third party which my daughter continued to see him for year over year to help with overall anxiety and the challenges of being a teen. Now 18 years old, my daughter looks forward to her visits with him and has become a fully trusted name in our family. Additionally, one thing that stands out about his practice and methods is how he consults with me after my daughters appointment time and keeps us both in check and helps me as much as he does her with my own specific challenges of raising my daughter and helping her to cope and also helping myself to cope.

George was patient and listened very well. His feedback was helpful and timely. His use of varying techniques were unique for teaching new methods of growing. I recommend George as a social worker for various needs. My initial need was for depression and I have learned how to recognize when I am feeling down or if feelings are due to new situations to which I have to learn how to work through. George was going through serious illness at this time but he was still consistent in his caring therapy.

My visits are amazing! George has helped me in so many ways. He’s great very knowledgeable and he doesn’t make you feel as if he’s talking to you as if you’re someone unconnected with or just another client. He really takes the time to understand you and what’s going on. I highly recommend George

Mr. Ibanez has been nothing short of a miracle worker. He was a complete God send when my marriage was facing its darkest hour. His kind words, heartfelt concern and firm but gentle soul was just what my husband and I needed. We leave his office encouraged and empowered to trust God with his biblical guidance. My 14 year old daughter sees George for anxiety and mild depression. George is an excellent therapist who is readily accessible with flexible appointments to work with your schedule.
