I went to see Dr. Nagy for my yearly eye visit as a new patient. He was pleasant and did a complete exam. However, he performed an OCT retina scan without informing me that it was not included in my vision exam insurance and that there would be an additional $32 charge for it. Had I known, I would have refused the exam. I do not appreciate the lack of transparency as to the charges of my visit and during my exam, I was led to believe that every part of the routine eye exam was covered by the
