On a recent visit to Kingsley Ave location. My wife ask why the receptionist did not have on a mask. My wife immune system is compromised and she was wearing a mask. The receptionist was very rude said it was her choice to wear a mask, and proceeded to call my wife a degrading name. This being a health care facility. We assumed the office would be practicing universal health care precautions regarding COVID-19. We will not be returning or recommending this office.
