I have always been very happy with Dr. Takeda but recently I had so many problems contacting his office!! However today I did speak with a very nice lady who worked to help me get some of my problems worked out. All these new doctors I've had to see and I'm just not that happy with them, especially Dennis Sugiyama who did my vision exam. He seemed unaware that I need prisms in my glasses. When I brought that up, he came back and did additional testing. As it turns out the RX is not right. Now I must get retested and go back to Costco and get new lenses in my glasses. This brings up another point, scheduled a recheck, called day before and was told I didn't have an appt that day. Made another appt, went there and they said I didn't have an appt that day, but I was a no show for the appt I was told I didn't have. Transportation for me, a senior, is difficult. This is all stressing me out.
