Terrible Therapist
Telehealth
She told me that racism does not exist anymore when discussing how I am treated less than because of the color of my skin. She did not offer an empathetic statements, would argue with me about my lived experience, and self disclosed too much information that I was uncomfortable with. When trying to offer criticism she said 'I disagree' when I said she was isolating towards POC.
