My first visit with Gerald Ferg was a new patient visit. I just assumed the visit would just be us becoming familiar with one another and see what my needs were as a patient and what he could provide as my new provider. He was extremely attentive and thorough. Two weeks before my appointment I had gotten over the flu. I was feeling as if I could not get my energy back after having it. Come to find out I had strep throat and thought that it was just sinus drainage. If it wasn't for him being thorough and asking the right questions I probably would've left the office not knowing that I had strep throat. Allowing it to go untreated could led to more health issues. I think I made a great choice choosing him for my new provider.

I don’t recommend this practice
I showed for my new patient visit at 730am only to be turn away because the computer had scheduled 3 new pt visits in 1 morning which the office stated they couldn’t accommodate. I rescheduled and drove 30 minutes home. I called the practice manager to express my dissatisfaction with the policy and she proceeded to cancel my next appointment stating I wasn’t a good fit for her practice. I am very disappointed with the practice and will not recommend it. In fact, I don’t think anyone should waste their time if you want a caring practice which values your time.
