Find someone else if he makes you feel worse
Had a bad experience at Pastoral Counseling with this dude. He told me my family was stupid and always made me feel worse. Thankfully I found a great counselor that encouraged me and helped me heal and I received so much motivation that I was able to get my Masters Degree. A counselor is someone who motivates you and helps you get better.Helps heal your traumas,helps you think better, helps boost your self esteem and self confidence. A counselor is not someone who talks to you in an ugly demeaning dehumanizing way. My family and me are not stupid we just needed help and thankfully a great counselor helped us.
