Both his offices look very old and devoid of patients...his magazines were bleached from age. He didn't have any up to date equipment -it was all from the '70s. He forced me to leave ALL of my credit information so he could pay himself "In case Anthem doesn't reimburse me." I felt weird so I paid him $80 cash. He didn't have 5 bucks to give back for change. I had to ask for a receipt -the receipt had the wrong year on it. I received no bills containing codes I would require to be covered by Anthem. My co pay was supposed to be $20. He forced me to go to his other office 50 minutes away from my home because he couldn't email a prescription. I drove there, picked it up, it was hand written and illegible. I was given a claim form from Anthem to complete. He wouldn't provide the codes for the form. He said "codes?" as if it were a completely foreign concept. I had to cancel my credit card. Don't go here. Or if you do, don't expect a real Dr.

I wish there was more characters to express the level of satisfaction we had with this doctor. My wife has been under the impression that she has been scratching her cornea from another doctor for weeks. We called Dr. Jennelli with 15 minutes to spare, let alone at least a 15 minute drive. He happily informed us he needed to run some errands and he could meet us at 9. An hour after close.He was able to tell us what was wrong within minutes and I will be sure to use him for eye care/glasses!!
