Gil has been a critical part of the exponential growth I've continued to make over the past few months. I was able to make the first appointment very quickly during the height of COVID. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Gil made the first session, as well as every other session since, very easy to navigate. I've found it very easy to talk to him about the parts of my life that I can't even talk to myself about. He's very affordable. Very flexible in scheduling. Punctual to sessions and I never feel like I'm being rushed. He has touched on many different areas that needed attention and has been able to offer satisfactory routes to manage those issues. In less than a year my quality of life has completely turned around for the better.

Gil is very professional and has helped me through the most difficult time of my life. He is non-judgemental and offers helpful perspectives on your life issues.

My wife I met with Gil on multiple occasions over a two-year period to continue to build and develop our relationship. Gil did a great job in listening and being able to help us communicate with each other better. I have to say that he didn't excellent job of improving our communication skills and helping us to relate to each other.

Don't waste your time or money with this therapist. Gilbert Ureno made no attempt nor effort to assist me in working toward my treatment goals.
