Gina Berardinelli was extremely rude and already decided what was wrong before even meeting me. She did not hear or listen to any of my concerns or even let me get a word out. She was talking over every explanation I was attempting to give. When It came to examining me she took all but 5 seconds, then proceeded to roll her eyes and explain the "issue". She asked no questions of me and asked for a follow up in a month with her shampoo recommendation. When I was finally able to get a word in of another topic she was already halfway out the door and turned around and said, " Oh yeah we cant talk about that because I don't know what your insurance covers.. I'm not supposed to say this but take some vitamins and wait 9 months. If you are really concerned you are going to have to come back." Do not waste your time going to see her.

Dr. Gina was extremely friendly and sweet. I felt safe and comfortable in her hands. The entire staff was friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I am a first time client and highly recommend.
